This bill would cost taxpayers $465,000.00 over five years, according to the Legislative Budget Bureau.

HB 1109 exempts counties from motor fuel taxes for fuel purchased for exclusive use by the county. It also allows counties to claim refunds for taxes paid on such purchases, expanding existing exemptions that apply to other governmental entities and organizations.
