Caption: Relating to sunscreening devices installed on a motor vehicle displaying a judicial specialty license plate.
Initially Referred to House Transportation Committee, chaired by a Republican
HB 1126 permits vehicles displaying specific judicial specialty license plates to be exempt from certain restrictions on sunscreening devices, allowing these vehicles to have additional flexibility regarding tinted windows while maintaining compliance with other light transmission and reflectance standards.
