HB 1130 limits the liability of entities that own or operate commercial cavern areas for injuries sustained by participants engaged in recreational or educational cavern activities. It requires such entities to post specific warnings to benefit from liability limitations but does not shield them from liability for negligence, dangerous conditions, or intentional harm.
