Caption: Relating to driving safety or motorcycle operator training course dismissal.

SB 296 permits courts to dismiss multiple eligible traffic offenses from the same incident upon a defendant's successful completion of a single approved driving safety or motorcycle operator training course. It also allows courts to impose additional fees for administering the dismissals.
