Caption: Relating to the jurisdiction of municipal courts over health and safety and nuisance abatement ordinances.

SB 304 extends the jurisdiction of municipal courts to include enforcing municipal ordinances related to health, safety, and nuisance abatement. It grants these courts the authority to issue search and seizure warrants for investigating violations and securing or removing offending properties within a municipality's limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction.
