SB 305 adds vehicles operated by animal control officers, individuals authorized to remove animal carcasses, and local authority employees issuing parking citations to the list of vehicles covered under the "Move Over/Slow Down" law. These vehicles, when stationary and displaying appropriate visual signals, require drivers to move over or slow down as specified in the law.
