Caption: Relating to the procedure for determining whether a student's violation of a public school's or public institution of higher education's student code of conduct was motivated by antisemitism.
Initially Referred to Senate Education K-16 Committee, chaired by a Republican

SB 326 requires public schools and institutions of higher education to consider the definition of antisemitism provided in the Texas Government Code when determining whether student behavior that violates a student code of conduct is motivated by antisemitism. The policy is set to take effect for the 2025-2026 academic year.
