Caption: Relating to bond requirements for certain judges.

SB 387 increases the bond requirements for judges presiding over guardianship and probate cases in statutory and county courts. The minimum bond is set at $500,000, replacing prior population-based thresholds, to ensure better financial accountability and protection in sensitive cases.
