SB 505 introduces procedures to address election irregularities. It allows candidates, election officials, and party representatives to request explanations and audits for discrepancies. The Secretary of State may appoint a conservator to oversee counties with unresolved violations, impose civil penalties, and publish records of non-compliant election authorities.
