Caption: Relating to patient authorization to access certain investigational sun protection products.

SB 670 establishes a framework allowing patients to access investigational sun protection products that have completed phase one of clinical trials but are not yet FDA-approved. It sets criteria for patient eligibility, informed consent, and the provision of these products, while protecting manufacturers and healthcare providers from liability.
