Caption: Relating to the required age for a public fireworks display permit.

HB 1899 amends the requirements for public fireworks display permits in Texas. It prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from obtaining such permits and limits other permit types under the subchapter to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
