Caption: Relating to the designation of a portion of State Highway 345 in San Benito as the Milton Resendez Memorial Highway.

HB 1960 proposes to designate a portion of State Highway 345 within the municipal limits of San Benito as the "Milton Resendez Memorial Highway." The Texas Department of Transportation would be responsible for designing and erecting markers at each end of the designated section and at appropriate intervals along the highway.
