TURF Priority #1: Freedom to Travel OPPOSED

HB 2012 seeks to expand the authority of counties with a population of more than 1.3 million or adjacent to a county with a population of more than four million to regulate roadside and parking lot vendors and solicitors. The bill authorizes these counties to establish regulations concerning the sale of food, merchandise, and live animals, as well as the placement of structures and solicitation of money in public areas.
