Caption: Relating to the regulation of new HUD-code manufactured housing.

SB 785 addresses the regulation of new HUD-code manufactured housing by limiting municipal authority to regulate or restrict their installation. It requires municipalities to allow installation under at least one residential zoning classification and prohibits specific use permits for HUD-code manufactured homes.
