"Imposes civil liability on anyone who contributes to the social transitioning of minors or participates in the chemical or surgical sexual mutilation of a child. It repeals sovereign and governmental immunity for bad actors, but gives immunity to those who are following the law so as to prevent lawfare targeting those who are abiding by the law."
