Caption: Relating to the prosecution of the offense of sexual assault.

HB 3073 revises the definition of sexual assault in Texas law to include cases where the perpetrator knows or should have known the victim is intoxicated or impaired. It also explicitly states that continued sexual contact after consent has been withdrawn constitutes sexual assault.
