HB 3180 modifies the Texas Family Code by expanding the list of items that must be disclosed in a civil action related to family law. It amends Section 301.052(a) to require additional disclosures regarding expert witness testimony, settlement agreements, and medical records when a party claims physical or mental injury. The bill also mandates that information about responsible third parties be disclosed and applies to all pending and future family law cases filed on or after September 1, 2025.
