HJR 150 amends the Texas Constitution to grant the Attorney General concurrent jurisdiction with county and district attorneys in prosecuting any criminal offense under Texas law. This expands the Attorney General's powers beyond the current limitations, which primarily involve civil litigation and certain criminal matters. The amendment will be presented to voters in the November 4, 2025, election.
