Caption: Relating to the administration of a medication and the ordering and administration of an immunization or vaccination by a pharmacist.

HB 3540 expands the authority of pharmacists to administer medications, immunizations, and vaccinations. It allows pharmacists to vaccinate children under three years old with a physician's referral and establishes educational and procedural requirements for pharmacists administering these services.
