SB 1968 revises the licensing and regulatory framework for real estate professionals under the Texas Real Estate Commission. It updates the curriculum for qualifying real estate courses, changes broker and sales agent licensing requirements, and adds provisions regarding broker responsibility training. The bill also enhances enforcement measures, revises disciplinary actions, and introduces new disclosure requirements for real estate transactions.
