Caption: Relating to the applicability of certain city requirements to agricultural operations.

HB 4163 limits the ability of cities to impose requirements on agricultural operations. It prohibits cities from requiring agricultural property owners to mow, bale, shred, or hoe material on the right-of-way of public roads adjacent to their property.
