Caption: Relating to compensation and employment benefits for law enforcement personnel in certain counties.

HB 4205 mandates equal pay increases for all law enforcement officers in large counties (3.3 million+ population). If a county increases compensation or benefits for any class of officers, it must apply the increase equally to all similarly classified officers funded by the county.
