SB 2145 allows advisory bodies of public improvement districts and boards of reinvestment zones to hold meetings via telecommunication devices (such as video or phone calls). The bill ensures that members attending remotely are counted for quorum and voting purposes, and requires that meetings provide two-way audio communication and public access.
