Caption: Relating to a special right of access under the public information law for a member of a governing board.

HB 4310 grants special access to public information for members of governing boards, such as city councils and county commissioners. It allows them to inspect and duplicate government records without charge when acting in their official capacity. The bill also provides a process for handling confidential information, including the use of confidentiality agreements.
