HB 4520 amends the Texas Transportation Code to modify requirements for loans or grants provided by the Texas Transportation Commission to aviation facilities in economically disadvantaged counties. Specifically, it reduces the required local funding contribution from 10% to 5% of the total project cost for airports located in such counties.
