SB 2349 updates notice requirements for leased dwellings located in a floodplain. It exempts short-term leases of less than 30 days and temporary residential tenancies of 90 days or less from the existing floodplain notice requirement. Additionally, it mandates that landlords and tenants sign a written document containing the required flood notice, which must be provided at or before the execution of a lease agreement.
