HB 4802 ncreases benefits for retirees of the Judicial Retirement System of Texas Plan One and Plan Two. It mandates a 7.5% increase in annuities for eligible retirees in both 2025 and 2026, adjusting retirement payments for judicial pension beneficiaries.
