SB 2629 updates provisions in the Texas Property Code concerning the organization, meetings, and voting procedures of condominium unit owners' associations and property owners' associations. The bill permits associations to hold meetings via electronic or telephonic means and allows electronic voting. It standardizes notification requirements for meetings and clarifies the methods of communication and documentation permissible for association operations.
