Last Referred to Senate State Affairs Committee, chaired by a Republican
HB 5624 limits liability for motorized off-road vehicle entities in cases of injuries arising from off-road vehicle activities. It establishes that owners and operators of motorized off-road vehicle parks are not liable for participant injuries unless negligence, hazardous conditions beyond inherent risks, or improper training of employees is involved. The bill also mandates warning signs at entrances to inform participants of the liability limitations.
