SB 2779 modifies the allocation and use of hotel occupancy tax revenues. It directs a portion of tax revenues from eligible coastal municipalities to park boards for public beach maintenance. It also prohibits the use of these tax revenues in programs that discriminate based on race, color, disability, sex, religion, age, or national origin.
