Got Questions About This Page?

We highlight groups that registered to speak in committee because it is the only quantifiable data available to the public due to the nature of state lobbying disclosure laws. We believe in transparency, which is the very heart of this website. For those who might complain that some measure of organized lobbying is done quietly in back rooms and offices and therefore not evident in the data we give you, then the obvious solution is to push for greater transparency so that everything can be seen. We fully support any legislation that forces full disclosure.
